How we did it

Five channels competitors don't run.

EMR-aware outbound, a podcast that qualifies guests in real time, and a 48-hour reactivation cadence that keeps the funnel alive.

What we ran
  1. Made LinkedIn outbound the engine. Sequenced, EMR-aware messaging — "noticed your clinic runs on athenahealth — is your phone line fully covered?" — across a managed sender pool. Over 1,100 leads from LinkedIn alone.
  2. Built top-of-funnel from outbound lists, not ad spend. Definitive Healthcare and Apollo for targeted clinic lists, layered with referrals and events.
  3. Turned a podcast into a pipeline. The Operators Podcast interviews practice owners and physician-entrepreneurs, exactly the ICP, with a free-produced-episode hook. Each interview surfaces operational pain and qualifies the guest in real time, tracked as its own CRM channel.
  4. Ran a relentless reactivation cadence in Close. A touch every 48 hours across LinkedIn → email → call/SMS, rule "no next task = dead deal." Dormant leads re-enroll automatically.
  5. Opened channels competitors can't. Live EMR marketplace listings on ModMed and Athena, high-trust placement most agencies can't access.
